Very few players are as vital to their team's success as Jeff McClain is. Whether high school or AAU ball, Jeff makes such impact in so many areas of the game, his play is invaluable. At 6'6, 225 pounds, yet agile as a wing, McClain is a constant mismatch for the opposition. He is a beast down low, with broad shoulders, great hands, and agile footwork, but can also go on the perimeter and knock down the outside shot, or put the ball on the floor and get to the hoop. A ferocious rebounder, McClain can also grab the carom and lead the fast break, which few PFs can do. McClain is a big time Mid Major prospect at the four (with the ability to move out to the wing), but his recruitment began to suffer as coaches did not have a phone number in which to contact him. Currently holding 4 D-1 offers, but very open to new recruitment, Jeff will be a huge pick up for a high level mid major.
